  • 1961

    Taiwan representative office was established.

  • 1963

    Taiwan representative office was relocated to Chungcheng Road and renamed Taiwan Branch.

  • 1967

    Taipei Branch of Japanese Eisai Co., Ltd. was established.

  • 1970

    Taipei Branch of Japanese Eisai Co., Ltd was relocated to Nanking E. Road. Address: No. 65, Sec. 4, Nanking E. Rd., Taipei City

  • 1972

    Tainan Plant of Taipei Branch, Japanese Eisai Co., Ltd. was established.
    Address: No. 1-10, Daciao, Puyuan Village, Yongkang Township., Tainan County

  • 1974

    Tainan Plant of Japanese Eisai officially began operating.

  • 1984

    Tainan Plant of Japanese Eisai Co., Ltd. was set up and registered.
    Address: No. 54, Industrial West Road, Guantian Industrial Park, Guantian Village, Tainan County

  • 1995

    Taipei Branch of Japanese Eisai Co., Ltd. was officially changed into “Eisai Taiwan Inc.,” a local corporation.

  • 2004

    The 30th anniversary of Tainan Plant

  • 2011

    Tainan Plant was TFDA PIC/S GMP certified and the 50th anniversary of Eisai Taiwan.

  • 2013

    Tainan plant sold to BORA on 9/30, and commissioned OEM manufacturing.

  • 2015

    New product launch: Fycompa Film-coated Tablets 2mg, 4mg & 8mg。

  • 2017

    New product launch: Inovelon Film-coated Tablets 100mg, 200mg & 400mg。
    Lenvima Capsules 4mg & 10mg。

  • 2018

    New product launch: Aricept Evess 10mg Orodispersible Tablets。
    Tysabri Concentrate for Solution for Infusion 300mg、
    Tecfider 120mg & 240mg Gastro-resistant Hard Capsule、
    License transfer completed，ETI officially entered the orphan drug market。
